(Philippians 1:6)
Beloved, hear this truth and let it settle in your spirit: God rewards finishers.
In the Kingdom of God, it is not enough to start well; it is required to end well.
Many people celebrate beginnings, but heaven celebrates completions. The Scripture assures us that “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it.” This means God is personally invested in your finishing. He does not abandon His projects midway, and you are one of His most important works.
As the month draws to a close, the greatest temptation you will face is weariness—mental, emotional, spiritual, or physical. Weariness whispers, “You’ve done enough.” But faith responds, “I will finish what God started.” The strength you need now is not natural strength; it is divine enablement. And the good news is this: God supplies strength at the point of need, not in excess, but in sufficiency.
Do not allow discouragement to rob you of completion. Do not let distractions dilute your focus. Do not postpone obedience because of tiredness. The last stretch often determines the testimony. What you complete honors God, silences the enemy, and positions you for reward.
Remember, unfinished assignments create unnecessary pressure, but completed tasks release peace. Closure brings rest. Finishing opens doors to the next season. You cannot carry unfinished business into a new month and expect fullness of joy. God desires that you close this month clean, fulfilled, and thankful.
Therefore, lean on grace. Ask for help. Renew your strength in prayer. Take one more step. Make one more call. Submit that report. Resolve that issue. Finish that prayer. Complete that assignment. Do not stop at the edge of victory.
Be confident of this one thing:
What began with God will end in glory.
What began in faith will end in praise.
What began in obedience will end in reward.
Finish strong. Finish well.
And step boldly into the next season God has prepared for you.
