Discernment Reveals True Intentions βοΈπ
π Scripture Focus:
βHe that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.β β Proverbs 18:13 (KJV)
βThe simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.β β Proverbs 14:15 (KJV)
πͺ Reflection:
The Counselor says:
One of the painful realities of life is discovering that some people are willing to believe negative things about you without ever hearing your side of the story.
But wisdom reveals something important: people who quickly accept lies about you without seeking truth may have already carried hidden doubts, resentment, or negative feelings toward you.
A sincere person seeks understanding before judgment.
A wise person listens before concluding.
When someone is eager to believe accusations without verification, it often shows that they were already looking for a reason to stand against you.
This is why you must not destroy your peace trying to explain yourself to everyone.
Not every misunderstanding can be corrected, and not every critic truly desires the truth.
Wisdom teaches us to:
- maintain integrity,
- stay truthful,
- and allow time and character to reveal reality.
People who genuinely value you will seek clarity before making judgments.
π Action Point:
Do not become bitter over false accusations. Continue to live with integrity and let your consistent character speak for you.
π€ Kingdom Declaration:
βI walk in truth and integrity. False accusations will not destroy my peace, and my character will speak louder than lies.β
π Prayer:
Father, help me to remain calm and truthful when misunderstood. Give me wisdom to handle false accusations with grace, and let truth and integrity continually defend me. In Jesusβ Name, Amen.
π‘ Final Encouragement:
People who value truth will seek understandingβdo not lose yourself trying to convince those committed to misunderstanding you.
