*🪞REFLECTION:*
Flourishing is not merely about increase — it is about recognized increase. It is not just growth — it is rewarded growth.
Many people grow in silence. They serve faithfully. They labour in obscurity. They sow tears. They invest in people. They pray when no one sees. They give when no one applauds. Yet heaven keeps accurate records.
Hebrews 6:10 assures us that God is not unrighteous to forget. This means:
Your unseen sacrifices are recorded.
Your consistency is acknowledged.
Your loyalty is documented.
Your labour of love carries divine memory.
In the kingdom, growth is never wasted. Faithful roots eventually produce visible fruit. Flourishing includes divine remembrance — and divine remembrance leads to divine reward.
You may feel overlooked by men, but you are not overlooked by God. You may not yet see the harvest, but heaven has not misplaced your seed.
This month of Planted To Flourish, expect:
Recognition after rejection
Reward after resilience
Manifestation after maturity
Celebration after consistency
God remembers. And what He remembers, He rewards.

Understanding Rewarded Growth
1. *Growth without patience leads to frustration.*
Many abandon their field too early. Counselling reminds us that emotional resilience is part of spiritual maturity.1
2. *Reward follows process, not pressure.*
Trying to force recognition can sabotage divine timing. Healthy growth requires emotional stability, humility, and perseverance.
3. *God rewards alignment, not noise.*
True flourishing is rooted in purpose, not performance. When your motives are pure, your reward is secure.
4. *Consistency builds credibility.*
In counselling, we observe that long-term faithfulness builds inner confidence. When your identity is rooted in God’s remembrance, you no longer depend on human applause.
5. *Delayed reward is not denied reward.*
Emotional maturity allows you to interpret delay correctly — as preparation, not rejection.

Righteous Father,
