My Advice: FREE YOUR HEART; GOD IS NOT DEAF

Let me speak to you with honesty and care.
If you truly want healing, breakthrough, and peace, you must first check what you are still holding on to inside your heart. Many people pray sincerely, fast diligently, and worship passionately, yet nothing changes—not because God is deaf, but because the heart is crowded with bitterness, resentment, and silent anger.

You cannot ask God to heal what you insist on reopening every day. Bitterness keeps wounds fresh. Resentment keeps you tied to the very pain you want to escape. Silent anger drains your peace while pretending everything is fine. These things may feel justified, but they quietly block restoration.

I want you to understand this: God restores what is released, not what is defended. As long as you hold tightly to the hurt, you are unknowingly telling God that the pain still has authority in your life. Healing requires surrender. Breakthrough requires release. Peace requires forgiveness.

Forgiveness does not mean what happened was right. It means you are choosing your freedom over your pain. When you release that offense, you are not losing—you are gaining. You are opening the door for God to step into places He has been waiting to heal.

So I advise you: stop replaying the offense, stop nurturing the anger in silence, and stop allowing yesterday’s wounds to steal today’s joy. Lay it down before God. Say, “Lord, I release this hurt. I give You permission to heal me completely.”

When you let go, you will feel it—your prayers will become lighter, your heart will become freer, and peace will begin to flow again. This is where restoration starts. Release first, and watch God restore fully.
