YOUR WORDS REVEAL THE STATE Of YOUR HEART
My dear friend,
Be careful what you allow your tongue to express, because your words reveal the state of your heart. When you find yourself complaining often, pause and look deeper — it may be that gratitude has quietly slipped away. Complaining magnifies what is wrong and blinds you to what is right. It makes small problems look big and turns blessings into burdens.Instead of focusing on what you lack, learn to thank God for what you have. Gratitude changes your perspective — it invites God’s presence and activates His favour. When you are thankful, even for the little, God multiplies it. Remember, Israel’s complaints in the wilderness delayed their journey, but gratitude would have accelerated their victory.
So today, make a deliberate choice to replace every complaint with thanksgiving. When things seem tough, say, “Lord, I may not understand it all, but I thank You because You are working it for my good.” That attitude invites God to restore, strengthen, and bless you beyond what you can imagine.
Choose gratitude over grumbling.
Because every thankful heart becomes a magnet for more of God’s goodness.Pastor/Counselor,
