Title: POWER TO OVERCOME TEMPTATIONS
Temptations will always come, but yielding to them is not inevitable. Many people mistakenly think temptation itself is sin, but it is not. Jesus was tempted, yet He never sinned (Hebrews 4:15). This shows us that by relying on God’s strength, victory is certain.
The difference between falling and standing is power—not the power of self-will alone, but the power of the Holy Spirit at work in us. Human strength will fail, but divine strength never fails. Every temptation carries with it a door of escape, but it takes spiritual alertness to see and take that way out.
God is faithful. He knows your frame, He knows your weaknesses, and He has provided more than enough grace for you to overcome. Fresh power equips you to say No where you once said Yes, to resist where you once yielded, and to triumph where you once fell.
Beloved, never forget this: You are not a victim of temptation; you are a victor in Christ. Walk boldly in this truth, rely on the Spirit daily, and watch God turn every test into a testimony.
