🌿 Title: POWER FOR HOLINESS
Beloved, holiness is not an option in the Christian journey; it is a command from God. The Word declares: “Be ye holy; for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). This call is not a suggestion but a divine mandate. Yet, God does not ask us to do what He has not empowered us to accomplish. That is why in this month of Fresh Power, He is releasing grace and strength for us to live holy lives in an unholy world.
Holiness is not about rules or outward appearances. It is the purity of heart that manifests in godly conduct. It is separation from sin and devotion to God. It is not achieved by human effort, willpower, or self-discipline alone — it takes the enabling power of the Holy Spirit. Without His sanctifying work, even our best efforts will fall short.
We live in a generation where compromise is celebrated, corruption is common, and moral decay surrounds us. But God’s Word reminds us that His children are called to shine as lights in the midst of darkness (Philippians 2:15). Holiness is the mark of that light. It is what distinguishes us as God’s chosen vessels, fit for His use and carriers of His glory.
The good news is this: holiness becomes possible and even joyful when we walk in fresh power. This power cleanses our hearts, breaks the hold of sin, and strengthens us to resist temptation. It changes holiness from being a burden into being our delight. When we are empowered by the Spirit, we find joy in pleasing God and living in obedience to His Word.
Therefore, in this season, don’t settle for a shallow Christian walk. Cry out for fresh power to live above sin. Choose consecration over compromise. Let your heart be a sanctuary of purity, and your life a testimony of God’s righteousness. For without holiness, no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). But with holiness, your life will radiate God’s presence, and your destiny will shine brightly to His glory.
