My dear friend,
STOP TELLING YOURSELF YOU’RE NOT QUALIFIED, not good enough, or not worthy to step into that opportunity or responsibility. Nobody starts out fully ready. Growth doesn’t come before the challenge — it comes while you are facing the challenge.
If you keep waiting until you feel perfect or fully prepared, you will keep postponing your progress. The truth is, many people who are successful today began as “unqualified.” They took the step, and in the process, they grew into the person who could handle it.
So, don’t let fear or self-doubt rob you of your next level. Start anyway. Move forward. Step into that role, that project, or that responsibility. You may not feel ready, but as you act, you will discover new strength, new wisdom, and new capacity inside you. That’s how God designed growth to work.
Remember: You don’t grow before the assignment — you grow because of the assignment.
