My Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart of gratitude and surrender. As I lift these prayers to You, I ask for Your presence to fill me afresh. Strengthen me in every area of my life—physically, spiritually, and emotionally—as I wait on You this month. Let Your grace sustain me and Your Spirit guide me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, You are the source of all strength and vitality. I come before You this month, asking for divine renewal in my physical body.
