💬 My Advice: “REFUSE TO REMAIN A PRISONER OF YESTERDAY’S PAIN”
Listen carefully: you cannot build a strong future while living in a painful past. What happened to you may have hurt deeply — and I don’t deny that pain was real — but you must not allow it to own your life.
I want you to understand this: your story is not over. Your delay is not your denial. Your pain is not your identity. What wounded you is not what will define you.
Refuse to remain a prisoner of yesterday’s pain. That means:
Stop replaying what hurt you in your mind.
Stop allowing old betrayals to poison new relationships.
Stop letting past disappointments steal today’s joy.
If you keep carrying old wounds, you will bleed on people who did not cut you. You will fear opportunities that are meant to bless you. You will doubt yourself even when God is ready to lift you.
Let go, not because they deserve it, but because you deserve peace.
God is not calling you to live broken. He is calling you to live healed, restored, strong, and free. The door of your future cannot open if your hands are still holding the chains of your past.
Today, make a decision:
Refuse to be trapped by what was. Choose healing. Choose freedom. Choose forward.
