Title: “WHEN PROTOCOLS THREATEN PURPOSE”
Esther 4:10–16

In a world governed by protocols, traditions, and systems, it is easy for even the most anointed, called, and positioned individuals to feel stuck—silenced by invisible chains of human regulation and fear. Esther was queen, yes. But when the moment came to rise as a voice for her people, protocol became a prison. The law stated: No one approaches the king uninvited. Not even the queen.

Isn’t that how many of us feel at times?
That despite our God-given gifts and divine assignments, we’re restricted by man-made systems, positional fears, or societal expectations?

But here’s the revelation: Destiny often demands defiance of fear. Purpose will always test your courage. You can’t save a nation while staying silent in the palace. You can’t shift generations while shrinking back in self-preservation.

Mordecai’s words still echo with urgency today:

> “Who knows if you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14)

You didn’t arrive here by accident. Your positioning is prophetic. Your timing is divine. Your voice matters—even if it shakes.

Esther chose to risk death so others could live. She crossed the line of protocol and stepped into the realm of purpose. And what followed? Divine favor, national deliverance, and the fulfillment of her true calling.

So what’s stopping you?
Don’t allow protocols, titles, timidity, or traditions to disturb your opportunity to function in destiny.
God is calling you beyond the veil, into the inner court of impact.

Like Esther, may you rise with boldness and declare:

> “If I perish, I perish… but I must speak, I must stand, I must step forward.”

Because when you break past fear and step into obedience, Heaven breaks protocol to favor you.

You were born for this moment.
