Title: WISDOM TO HANDLE SUCCESS

Success is beautiful. It brings joy, influence, and a sense of fulfillment. But success is also a test—a test of character, perspective, and purpose. Many have soared to great heights only to crash under the weight of pride, forgetfulness, and misdirection. But those who walk in godly wisdom understand that success is not just a destination—it is a divine trust.

Proverbs 27:2 warns, “Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.” This scripture confronts the temptation to self-promote. God’s wisdom teaches us to let our works speak and to allow others, not ourselves, to testify of our impact. True success doesn’t shout; it serves.

Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us that it is God who gives us the power to get wealth. No matter how brilliant, educated, connected, or hardworking we are, success remains a gift from God. Forgetting this is dangerous. When we start idolizing the gifts and forget the Giver, we’ve already begun to decline.

Success must never lead us to pride or spiritual amnesia. Rather, it should drive us to deeper gratitude, greater humility, and stronger Kingdom alignment. God’s purpose behind empowering us to succeed is not for selfish pleasure, but to establish His covenant, impact lives, and fulfill divine assignments on the earth.

You are not a self-made man or woman. You are God-enabled. And because He has lifted you, He also requires that you use that platform to reflect His glory, honor His name, and fulfill His purpose.

Let success never be your idol, but a tool in your hand to serve God’s will.

Stay humble. Stay grateful. Stay aligned.
