Dear Friend,
YOU WERE NOT BORN WITH GOOD CHARACTERS
I want to remind you today that good character is not something you’re automatically born with—it’s something you build and develop over time. Don’t be discouraged if you’re still growing in areas like patience, integrity, self-control, or forgiveness. That’s normal. None of us start out perfect.
What matters is your willingness to grow. Every time you choose to do what’s right—even when it’s hard—you’re building character. Every time you forgive when it hurts, speak the truth when it’s inconvenient, or stay kind when you’re frustrated, you’re laying the foundation of a strong and admirable life.
So don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Keep showing up, keep making better choices, and keep leaning on God for strength. Character is like a muscle—it grows with use. You’re not behind; you’re becoming.
Stay consistent, stay committed, and keep pressing forward. The person you’re becoming is worth it.
